This includes the knowledgeable advice from Chris and Xanthe, as well as Fraser and Paul today, for the help and high level of customer care and attention they gave in assisting me in making the best decisions. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome.
I have been trying for a year with other suppliers who have not followed up on promises to conduct a site visit – you achieved all of this in under a month! Other suppliers could certainly learn a lot from how you provide services, your great and efficient teamwork, fantastic customer care, and the provision of such good quality trees.
